Agreement to Terms

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process. Upon termination, your access to course materials and platform features will be discontinued according to our data retention policies.

Termination by Us

We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or other legitimate business reasons. We will provide notice when reasonably possible, except in cases involving security risks or legal violations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or mediation as permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts with jurisdiction over our business operations.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional course-specific terms, constitute the complete agreement between you and TechMaster Sri Lanka.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
